Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• International: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners, LumiSpace is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

LumiSpace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.
